Business automation sounds big. In practice, it’s often a handful of reliable workflows that stop your team repeating the same admin every week.

Start with tedious, rule-based processes

- Clarity — how consistently the rules apply
- Impact — whether improving it affects cashflow, delivery, or customer experience

Pair automations with your website and software
Your website collects demand. Automations move that demand into systems. Custom software fills gaps products don’t cover. When those three align, less falls through the cracks.
